Who doesn't love a tweed jacket? If you don't, we can't be friends. I'm kidding, I'd still love you. 

But seriously, tweed jackets are so chic and classic. Thank you to Coco Chanel for making these jackets such a statement piece for a woman's wardrobe. I still wanted a relaxed, bohemian look with my tweed jacket today so I paired mine with some ripped skinnies and gold, gladiator sandals. 

What do you all think? Are tweed jackets all that and a bag of potato chips? I think so.

Lilac Lace

Who doesn't love the shade of lilac? It's so soft and feminine. I love loved lilac and lavender since I was a little girl. This skirt is so beautiful not only because of its color, but also its material: lace. I love the delicate, girly nature of the piece. I wanted the skirt to do all of the talking so I paired it with a simple tank and gold jewelry. I love the fishtail braid and how it fits the look as well.

Leather Moment

Who doesn't love a leather moment? Or in my case, a pleather moment. I love a clean, white and black combination ... nothing too overdone. The front tuck of the blouse helps to balance out the looseness of the top itself. 

These pleather pants were a bargain at H&M. I believe I purchased them for around $30.00. They are a great go-to for closet basics.

Red and White

Happy Memorial Day! As I celebrated today and gave thanks to the men and women who have fought and continued to fight for our freedom, I went with something to suit the holiday: red and white. 

I love the look of an off the shoulder dress: sexy and romantic. This white one definitely is a keeper. I cinched this dress in at the waist with a skinny, red belt to give it a more silhouetted shape. Lastly, I paired it with my gladiator gold sandals and gold jewelry.

Lost in the Vineyards

Yesterday I spent the afternoon in Santa Barbara Wine Country. It really is one of my favorite places on Earth. Could there be a town cuter than Los Olivos? I think not.

Boyfriend Shirt

On this cold and dreary day, I instantly reached for my husband's flannel button up. I love any oversized, menswear button up ... you just can't go wrong with one in my opinion. I made todays a tad more figure flattering by styling the flannel with half tuck in the front. It gives it such an effortless feel to the outfit.

Gloomy Thursday

Every once and a while I'm drawn to something more gritty and rough around the edges. Usually I always steer towards a more whimsy and bohemian or clean and classic look. Black, Tan, and Denim All Over

Tonight we celebrated my beautiful sister's 23rd birthday. What a fun night with family and friends! I went with something effortless and comfortable for our dinner: denim, tank, booties, and a fedora. An absolutely darling and fun fedora, that is.

Red Moment

Today called for a dose of red. Red lipstick + my red peasant blouse were what I needed to fill my color craving. I paired these with my favorite ripped skinnies and my caged wedges. These wedges are to die for and I absolutely love them. To top it all off, I choose my giant, gold hoop earrings. Hoop earrings are always a "yes" piece for me.

Ripped, Boyfriend Jeans

I love these boyfriend jeans from the Gap. They are not too loose, not too tight, and sit just right on the hips. I paired them with one of my favorite crop tops for a sheer, summery look. To top of the look, I knew I couldn't go wrong with my Converse All Stars. They are such a classic and add such a fun, edgy feel to any outfit. I have them in so many colors and keep adding to my collection.
