Fall Inspiration

My oh my, am I excited for fall. I love all of the great sneak peeks of boots, boot socks, cozy knits, and cold weather ensembles. Here are some of my favorite Pinterest photos on my Fall and Winter board. I love all of the styling and fall inspiration from these photos. 

I love the unexpected mix and chicness of the leather skinny jeans with a simple, grey sweatshirt. 

I seriously feel like Ashley Olsen (left) is killing it here. The leather jacket with the all black accessories and simple, grey tee = perfection. And not to mention all of it topped off with the red beanie.

Friday Night and I'm Feeling Alright

Friday night dinner with my husband called for something comfortable, casual, and relaxed. I love these Brandy Melville shorts and think they are so darling. They are a fun print and go with both plain or patterned tops, not to mention my Free People tank. I seriously have this tank top in about every color of the rainbow and think it's the perfect tank for any outfit. 

Now I am vegging out catching up on all my Candidly Nicole episodes on my DVR. Isn't Nicole Richie just the best? I loved her on The Simple Life and she definitely steps up her game on Candidly Nicole. Gorgeous + hilarious = double threat.

The Change of Seasons

Ladiesssssssssss! How many of you are craving boot and sweater weather? Craving wearing cozy, knit knee highs, drinking a pumpkin latte, and taking a walk as the autumn leaves are falling? I know I am. It sounds like perfection right now. 

Fall is my favorite time of year and I am looking forward to the season. I loved this fall inspiration from Free People Rock Center. 

It did make me add a few pairs of Free People boot socks to my shopping cart. Sorry to my husband ahead of time ;)

Happy Friday!

So let's just begin this blog post by discussing my unhappy face. Suffice to say, I was not in the best moood and just couldn't fake it for y'all. But my grump-a-lump expressions don't mean I can't talk about how much I love this skort and crop top. Yes, I said skort and I don't mean your 90's graphic printed skort. I mean a chic, lasercut detailed skort. I love the two folds on the skort as well as this amazing orangey coral shade. I die. I went real simple in the accessories department and left all the action for my earrings and strappy wedges.  

I hope you all enjoy your weekend. Get out and get some fresh air. Go hiking, to the beach, lay by the pool, or simply take a walk with someone you love.

Tie Dye

Happy Thursday! We are so close to the weekend I can taste it! :)

I loooove this dress. It is a great one by Roxy that I love rockin' during the summer months. I think there is something timeless about the colors blue and white being paired together. I think they always look fresh and clean. I styled the dress in a casual way by throwing my hair up in a messy topknot and throwing on my go-to lace-up wedges. It's all in the Embellishment

Hello y'all, 

Pretty little details make my day and these shorts are no exception. The design and color of the embellishment on these shorts are just darling. Who knew the Kendall + Kylie line at PacSun is so cute? I went into PacSun and just died over their little bohemian pieces. I love the delicate, summery look the shorts give off. I went simple and sweet with this styling pulling the shorts together with a basic, burgundy tank and light jewelry. Of course, I also threw on my burgundy lipstick because I find lipstick and lipgloss a daily must. A dark lip is just so major.

Oh, how I love you oversized sweater, let me count the ways

Ladies and gents, 

I hope you all have the pleasure of having that one go-to oversized, worn in, and just plain awesome sweater piled in your closet. This tan one is definitely mine. I picked it up at a Nordstrom anniversary sale a few years back and it was love from first wear. This sweater is normally thrown on over a pair of leggings or skinny jeans, but this time I switched it up with my vintage Levis. 

Does anyone else die over the front tuck look? Whether it is a simple button-up, t-shirt, or sweater, I feel it gives such a relaxed, casual-chic vibe to the entire outfit.
